Regional and Community Planner
Planner is responsible for regional and community planning services for municipalities throughout Kansas. These projects involve creating and updating comprehensive plans, zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, corridor studies, park and recreation master plans, feasibility studies, and other specialized planning projects. Baughman Company’s planners also work with the development community representing clients in the processing of zone change cases, subdivision applications, vacation cases, community unit plans, conditional use permits, and variances.
