Land Surveyor
Land Surveyor is responsible for preparation of multiple types of surveys. Must have survey knowledge and be prepared to oversee surveys in the following areas: ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, topographic and utility surveys, construction staking, mortgage title inspections, aerial surveys, lot splits, platting, vacation proceedings, and preparation of legal descriptions. Surveyors must be familiar with total stationing, electronic data collection, GPS surveys, and computerized drafting.
